A basic website package as displayed above includes the setting up of five web pages without contents.
This offer is only for commercial entities registered with ACRA and approved charitable organizations under the purview of MCYS & MOH. Individuals, Political parties, NGOs, Cultural & Artistic Collectives, and organizations deemed inappropriate partners by sgMobileMedia are excluded. Customers can choose from among the selected templates offered. Variation to template design and style shall be subjected to additional cost and the suitability of the template chosen. Insertion of Company Name and Company Logo or Product (limited to one image file) is allowed. Each customer will get a Content Manager Account, and customers are at liberty to create as many pages as they wish and update them anytime with the control of the Content Admin Panel. Contents and copyrights are at the sole responsibility of customers, and the inclusion of contents deemed illegal by Singapore jurisdiction shall constitute a major breach of terms and conditions herein stated, and sgMobileMedia.com and its authorized parties shall be at liberty to remove, seek rectification, and damages where it deems fit. The Customer Account is not be assigned nor novated, and any unauthorized change in ownership of the site shall similarly be deemed a major breach of terms and conditions.
